Do you ship across India?
Yes. ROYALKART ships throughout India.
How long does dispatch take?
We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During big sale events dispatch can take a little longer. Read the full shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, we email you the tracking number and the courier name. Tracking works about 24 hours after dispatch.
Can I return a product?
Eligible items can be returned. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Some items, such as beauty and foot-care products, cannot be returned. Read the return and refund policy for the steps and the time limit.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or wrong, write to us right away at info.royalkart@gmail.com so we can fix it.
