You have 7 days from receiving your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. If the product packaging box is damaged, you will receive proportionate amount of refund. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase, as itโ€™s necessary for the return process.

Upon acceptance of your return request, weโ€™ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damage, defects, or discrepancies. If you find that the item is defective or damaged, or if youโ€™ve received the wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately at info.royalkart@gmail.com so we can address and rectify the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items โŒ

Please note that we cannot accept returns on certain types of items, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty and Shoe insoles / Foot products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, weโ€™ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
