I suffer with Achilles tendonitis, which varies in its severity over time. Therefore as a regular runner, some kind of cushioned insoles should be beneficial to me. I acquired the size 9 in these insoles, and they fit pretty well in more than one pair of my running shoes, in both size 9 and size 9.5, without sliding about or feeling loose.After several runs with these inside my shoes, I would say that these insoles provide more cushioning and support than many other similar brands. They probably aren't the absolute best insoles I've had, but they are a little cheaper than the most premium brands. The insoles certainly provide me with a noticeable level of comfort compared to using running shoes without any kind of specialist insole inside.
